**Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise equipment painting operations. * Conduct paint testing without development. * Identify improvements in painting processes and their production methods. Daily coordination, supervision, and/or execution of painting and varnishing activities, including equipment and parts preparation, paint application, and drawing sealing. * Schedule Production Orders. \-Record production data generated by the area, such as waste, parts under recovery, raw material consumption, etc., in spreadsheets for supervisor review and periodic performance evaluation of the department. * Monitor conditions and performance of installed equipment, requesting maintenance, replacement, or new investments; requisition materials; select, evaluate, and train subordinates; provide input on the quality of raw materials used; suggest and/or participate in the implementation of standards and procedures; ensure workplace safety to promote good departmental performance and contribution to company results. * Occasionally participate in developing new formulas for paint texture and color. Perform initial trials, test application, and submit results to the supervisor for control and approval. * Perform all other necessary support activities required for executing tasks and contractual obligations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical education in **Industrial Painting, Mechanical, Corrosion, Materials**, or related fields. * Complementary training in **Paint Inspection Level 1 or 2** (CBP, NACE, FROSIO, ABRACO) is desirable. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering is desirable. * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in coordination, planning, and control of industrial maintenance, construction, and onshore and offshore assembly activities within the oil and gas industry; * Knowledge of technical standards: **ABNT, ISO, SSPC, NACE**. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance our employees' well\-being and satisfaction.
