We overcome **challenges** to enhance operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and become part of this success story!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the process plant via control room panels to identify abnormal operating conditions of systems and equipment; * Maintain up-to-date production records and issue shift reports; * Monitor operations—including equipment and plant startups and shutdowns—guiding field operators in performing maneuvers and inspecting equipment, vessels, and systems; * Operate multiple devices—including control devices and valves—and understand the impact of each maneuver on system and overall process behavior; * Assist in first-line maintenance of process equipment during production interruptions or when no CCR-related tasks are assigned. * Supervise Production Operator training in the control room, where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Process Engineering or another relevant training certification related to process facility operations. * Extensive experience in production at fixed and/or mobile units. * Fluent English and Portuguese.
