




**Responsibilities:** * Identify and assess environmental agents to which employees may be exposed—such as noise, heat, chemical agents, lighting, among others—using instruments compliant with regulatory standards, aiming to propose corrective actions and conduct periodic monitoring to maintain a suitable work environment; \- Assist in establishing the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) to ensure compliance with all procedural stages according to current legislation; monitor suggestions and proposals from committee members during their term; support development of the risk map as stipulated in NR-5 of Ordinance 3214/78; coordinate the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT); * Conduct and assist in developing, maintaining, and updating occupational health and safety training programs—including research, presentations, controls, and documentation required by the client’s SMS—to reinforce preventive behaviors among employees in the workplace; * Identify, analyze, and investigate all work-related accidents and/or incidents; register them in the Accident Communication Form (CAT) according to accident type; and analyze causes, severity, consequences, and environmental conditions under which they occurred; * Conduct safety onboarding and disseminate information that may impact employee safety; * Implement and jointly monitor with the client adherence to the Master Safety and Environment Plan, considering both parties’ safety and environmental policies; * Ensure compliance with environmental protection and preservation regulations, particularly regarding selective waste collection and industrial waste management; * Pursue continuous improvement in daily activities to guarantee safety, quality, and cost reduction initiatives. * Deliver mandatory training as prescribed by applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Occupational Safety Technician certification; * Valid Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) registration; **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages designed to enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
