Good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret technical painting standards related to: paint systems, inspection of paint receipt, surface preparation, paint application, execution of paint film and surface tests and inspections; * Interpret industrial painting procedures, inspection plans, and industrial painting checklists; * Conduct inspection of paint, solvent, and abrasive receipt (cross-check against purchase documents, verify existence of quality certificates, and inspect packaging). In the case of hydroblasting, verify water quality regarding chloride content and pH; * Verify storage conditions for paints, solvents, abrasives, and water; * Monitor environmental conditions affecting surface preparation and paint application; * Verify that equipment and materials to be used are suitable, and that measuring and testing instruments are calibrated and hold valid certificates; * Inspect surface preparation; * Witness paint mixing, homogenization, dilution, and application; * Perform quality control during application; * Verify whether touch-ups are performed using appropriate procedures; * Verify compliance with safety requirements applicable to the work; * Record all services and quality control results for painting activities; * Identify non-conformities, issue, and track the corresponding non-conformance report; * May perform project layout tasks if requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in a related field is desirable; * Certification as N1 Painting Inspector; * IRATA Brasil NI; * Valid certifications: CBSP, T-HUET, NR-33. **Additional Information** We offer the following benefits: * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal and food allowance; * Discount on Gympass; * Private pension plan (optional). **JOIN OUR TEAM** Ocyan has been delivering high-quality, technically capable services to the upstream oil and gas sector for decades.
