If you constantly seek new challenges, wish to advance your career, and make a difference in the world, join our team! **Apply for this position and good luck!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support supervision of operations, maritime documentation, naval inspection and survey activities, and compliance with international safety, environmental protection, and occupational health regulations; * Responsible for maintenance and availability of safety barriers, acting as guardian of the Safety Case barriers according to your role and assigned unit; * Support Maritime Operations team activities to ensure effective service delivery across all internal and external customer levels; * Comply with the Performance Agreement (PA) agreed upon with your leadership and provide corporate support to fulfill the company’s PA within established O&M targets; * Participate, when possible, in captains’ meetings led by the Maritime Manager; * Monitor performance indicators and take preventive and corrective actions to achieve targeted goals; * Support OIMs in maintaining class, naval, aviation, and flag certificates to prevent expiration; support maintenance of the Safety Management Certificate (SMC) and International Ship Security Certificate (ISSC) for Units; * When performing the role of ACSO, act on behalf of the CSO to prevent delays in emergency or ISPS Code testing communications; * Support the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and their substitute regarding the ISM Code; * Oversee personnel management (maritime seafarers governed by STCW), conducting technical interviews for hiring, promotion, and verification per procedures; * Coordinate Maritime Operations Specialists, providing support and technical guidance on technical queries; * Review, consolidate, and monitor documentation submitted to Classification Societies, Naval Authorities, and Flag Administrations, interfacing with Units and Engineering. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nautical Sciences or Naval Engineering; * Knowledge of dynamic positioning, classification societies’ requirements, naval authority compliance, team coordination, and experience on offshore platforms (desirable); * Willingness to work offshore; * Advanced English; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** Benefits offered: * Health and Dental Insurance; * Meal/Ticket Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * Physical Activity Incentive Plan (GYMPASS); * Private Pension Plan; * Profit Sharing; * Life Insurance; * And others.
