We are looking for an Industrial Painter Assistant to join our team! The professional will support the painter in surface preparation and painting activities for metallic surfaces and/or industrial structures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, applying degreasers); * Assist in applying industrial paints using spray guns, brushes, or rollers; * Prepare materials and tools for work; * Perform minor touch-ups and finishing tasks; * Assist in maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment; * Follow safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Prior experience in industrial painting is a plus; * Basic knowledge of paints, solvents, and painting processes; * Commitment to workplace safety and quality; * Ability to work effectively in a team. 30% additional allowance Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.493,82 \- R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
