




Responsibilities: * Conduct financial and accounting analyses, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; * Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting revenues, expenses, and operating costs; * Evaluate investments, considering risks, returns, and economic feasibility; * Calculate interest rates, fees, and other financial variables applied to management; * Plan and track tax obligations, ensuring tax compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Proficiency in financial mathematics, managerial accounting, and performance analysis; Experience with budget planning, cost control, and project feasibility analysis; Knowledge of tax regulations specific to the construction industry (RET, INSS construction, IRPJ, etc.); Ability to analyze financial indicators and manage investments; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
