Mail and parcel management 3. Operation of intercom and security systems A labor outsourcing company is seeking a Doorman in Rio das Ostras (Jardim Mariléia). The company specializes in facility management and maintenance, offering integrated solutions to optimize corporate environments. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the entry and exit of people, observing their movement at the main entrance, elevators, courtyards, corridors, and parking areas, identifying individuals to prevent unauthorized access or directing others to their requested destinations. Ensure proper elevator usage, monitoring and preventing overloading, excessive weight, or unnecessary stops on floors, to comply with internal policies and legal requirements. Suspend elevator operation upon detecting malfunctions or irregularities to prevent harm to users. Handle all incoming mail and small parcels addressed to building occupants, receiving and delivering them to recipients to avoid loss or other undesirable incidents. Maintain continuous front-desk service and constant surveillance of the building. Assist with internal building security operations. Treat all residents, tenants, owners, and visitors with respect and courtesy. Operate the intercom console and monitor its usage. Operate security controllers such as automated gates, cameras, and alarm systems. Position requires on-site work in Rio das Ostras / RJ. Tasks consistent with standard doorman duties. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Receptionist, Access Controller, or Security Officer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
