Job Summary: The Cargo Handling Assistant will assist in the handling, loading/unloading, and storage of materials, operate equipment, and maintain organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in material handling and storage 2. Operation of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks 3. Focus on organization and safety during cargo handling Cargo Handling Assistant Position Description: The Cargo Handling Assistant will assist the Munck operator in cargo handling activities. Responsibilities: * Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks; * Perform material handling and storage within the warehouse; * Operate cargo handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks; * Maintain workplace organization and ensure safety during cargo handling; * Conduct verification of received and dispatched materials. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * NR 6 and NR 11 certifications; * Prior experience in cargo handling is preferred; * Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required; * Ability to work effectively in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills.
