This professional plays a key role in maintaining the business’s financial health, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with deadlines. ✔️ Entering accounts payable and receivable into the system. ✔️ Responding to messages and providing internal support to company departments, clarifying basic questions and routing requests. ✔️ Verifying documents and organizing financial files. ✔️ Assisting with bank reconciliations and reviewing bank statements. ✔️ Supporting the issuance of payment slips and sending invoices to customers. ✔️ Providing basic support to suppliers and customers regarding payment inquiries. ✔️ Assisting in the preparation of simple financial reports. ✔️ Managing reimbursements and minor company expenses.
