




Will be responsible for: * Knowing and practicing the company's norms, policies, and procedures. * Participating in all necessary HSEQ meetings and following all HSEQ regulations and guidelines as defined by the company or its clients. * Actively contributing to the implementation of corporate environmental programs and goals. * Assisting in the receipt and delivery of materials. * Being responsible for organizing and storing consumables and materials in compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and systematically. * Assisting in material control and replenishment – stock counting, requesting restocking. * Conducting periodic inventories to ensure accuracy of stock records and identifying discrepancies or restocking needs. * Acting as custodian of inventories, maintaining meticulous records of available items and ensuring stock levels are always aligned with company needs. * Serving as the focal point and assisting in audits related to inventory counting and control. * Maintaining detailed records of all receiving, storage, and dispatch activities using computerized inventory management systems. * Preparing periodic reports on inventory status, stock movements, and other relevant metrics for company management. * Receiving and controlling shipping and/or return invoices for third-party/customer equipment, acting as custodian of such equipment and maintaining meticulous records of available items. * Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with organizing maintenance documentation, performing administrative tasks, and requesting consumables. * Verifying and checking that all maintenance work has proper documentation, updating any overdue records. * Assisting in the receipt and preparation of shipping invoices for materials, sending them to the Completions logistics team. * Supporting the control and execution of action plans arising from management walkarounds and inspections. * Controlling and archiving maintenance documents generated with third parties. * Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor through communication with suppliers for workshop-related needs. * Providing logistical support when necessary. * Assisting in cargo handling using forklifts and overhead cranes as required by the department (specific training required).
