Job Description As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the vanguard of our sales team. Your mission is to identify and engage with prospective customers, understand their challenges, and generate qualified opportunities for our Sales Executives. You will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and initiating relationships with Brazil’s largest and most influential retail chains and franchises—playing a pivotal role in growing our revenue. Responsibilities Activity Description Proactive and Intelligent Prospecting Identify and prospect potential customers (retailers and franchises) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn (social selling), and other strategies. Lead Qualification Conduct the initial outreach, understand the lead’s pain points and context, and qualify them—ensuring they match the ideal profile for our solution. Meeting Scheduling Schedule and ensure attendance at diagnostic/demo meetings between qualified leads and Sales Executives. CRM and Pipeline Management Maintain up-to-date CRM records of all interactions, ensuring pipeline organization and visibility. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Work closely with the marketing team to leverage generated leads and provide feedback to optimize campaigns. Essential Qualifications Prior experience in sales, pre-sales (BDR/SDR), or commercial roles within technology companies (SaaS experience is a strong plus). Clear, concise, and persuasive communication (both oral and written). Resilience and emotional intelligence to handle objections and rejections. Organized, proactive profile with strong goal- and results-orientation. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of the Retail, Franchise, or related sectors. **Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, GPCT).** Advanced English or Spanish.
