Check below further details for the: **Administration and Support****:** The Administration and Support intern will have diverse opportunities to explore knowledge within their assigned area. Below are the potential focus areas at Baker Hughes: **Administration**: The Administration intern will work on developing, organizing, and controlling reports, spreadsheets, and forms, as well as assisting in communication flows for planning administrative, operational activities, and contract management. Responsibilities include local purchase control to supply facility demands via Purchase Requests / Updating and monitoring administrative KPIs and contract management / Training and course tracking / Operational cost control / Operational service support control. **Procurement:** The intern will participate in supplier quotations, supplier registration, understanding procurement reports, comparing commercial proposals, negotiating payment terms, and performing analytics-related activities within Sourcing. **Contract Management**: Support contract analysts in analyzing contracts to incorporate all necessary changes for project delivery, including coordinating internal consultations with other company areas. **Training**: The intern will organize and monitor training activities, ensuring content is consistently updated and training effectiveness is maintained. **Personnel Logistics**: The intern will join the Field Service team, providing direct support in personnel logistics and indirect support to other team members. They will be co-responsible for managing mandatory offshore activity trainings, updating competency matrices, maintaining control spreadsheets, creating and issuing Work Orders. **Facilities**: The Facilities team manages building maintenance, infrastructure, and space coordination, aiming for the safety and well-being of employees, visitors, and suppliers. The intern will directly assist the facilities manager with all departmental administrative demands and routines, performing monthly cost control, budget forecasting, and payment authorization. Location: Check the job location at the time of application, as we have multiple offices across Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Bahia.
