




**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * 5 (five) years of proven experience in large-scale projects; * Management of subsea systems projects; * Contract management; * Proficiency in MS\-Office suite; * Intermediate English. **EDUCATION** * **Educational Level: Engineering (any specialization).** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare managerial presentations and various reports; * Participate in and lead (if necessary) project-related meetings, recording discussions and pending items in meeting minutes; * Plan and participate in project technical meetings; * Manage technical interfaces with internal and external departments to the CLIENT, focusing on project scope control; * Manage comments on project documents, focusing on potential changes to the contracted scope; * Provide technical support for the analysis of monthly reports, ROs, letters, and other types of correspondence specified in contracts supporting the project; * Monitor and control recommendations from review teams that supported the approval of project phases; * Monitor project scope and manage changes made to the scope baseline; * Identify, control, and evaluate project change requests (PCR); * Identify and record lessons learned, points of attention, and opportunities for continuous improvement in the scope of goods supply and service provision; * Track and review the project Scope Management Plan and/or Engineering Management Plan; * Perform other activities related to Scope Management; * Apply Checklists as required by the CLIENT; * Monitor and control actions outlined in the Operational Risk Response Plan (ORRP) and management plans; * Monitor treatment actions for Qualitative Risks included in the Risk Response Plan for work packages of goods; * Keep the Project Risk Plan updated; * Promote actions for identification and classification of risks according to their characteristics (event, impact, probability, cause, and effect), and update qualitative risks that may affect the project; * Implement actions defined in the response plans for qualitative risks; * Implement actions and follow up on response plans for operational risks; * Develop and update quantitative risk analyses that may affect the project; * Prepare managerial presentations and reports on the monitoring of qualitative, operational, and quantitative risks; * Conduct periodic meetings and workshops with all involved areas to reassess project risks and actions; * Update the corporate project risk management system. **ABOUT CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
