Responsibilities and Duties * Understand the rules and procedures of the Company’s Risk Management Plans and other client operations; \- Comply with and ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures for the CGR during your shift; \- Supervise, guide, and control all activities performed by operators on your team; \- Act preventively and/or remedially upon detecting failures and/or non-conformities by operators on your team; \- Control vehicle distribution across Monitoring Bases; \- Handle incidents according to procedures established in the PGR; \- Control and update the tracking technology checklist spreadsheet; \- Promptly contact law enforcement agencies when necessary; \- Process vehicle signal transfers and mirroring to Risk Managers and clients’ Monitoring Centers, as applicable; \- Immediately inform the CGR Supervisor of incidents requiring their intervention and/or action; \- Prepare respective incident and loss reports; \- Extract relevant Risk Management system reports in case of incidents or upon request; \- Process respective shift handover reports, documenting all occurrences and updates; \- Occasionally substitute operators during breaks or absences; \- Support the Supervisor on matters related to the CGR; \- Enforce requirements outlined in clients’ DDR/PGR letters, complying with risk rules and directing escorts, tracking signals, and other related actions; \- Ensure trackers (bait devices) remain fully charged and operational, and send email notifications indicating the vehicle, equipment, or container to which the bait device has been attached; \- Monitor and record staff entry and exit times for the department, reporting any non-conformities to the Supervisor; \- Occasionally attach electronic tracking bait devices to equipment or containers, depending on the type of operation; \- Comply with the Integrated Management System Policy and Requirements; \- Comply with controls defined for Aspects and Impacts, and Hazards and Risks associated with your activity; \- Follow instructions applicable to your activity and perform other related and inherent duties.
