





**Description:** Main Responsibilities Planning and Structuring Develop and maintain the project master schedule (MS Project). Create WBS, milestones, work packages, and baselines. Plan resources (labor, equipment, materials, and services). Organize the sequence and pace of work fronts. Control and Monitoring Monitor S-curve, physical and financial progress, and propose corrective actions. Generate progress reports and performance dashboards. Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and sustainability indicators. Field Integration Work closely with engineering and field teams. Coordinate weekly and medium-term planning meetings (Lookahead Planning). Identify bottlenecks, constraints, and propose solutions. Mitigate delay risks and ensure smooth coordination between work fronts. Lean Construction Application Implement collaborative planning practices. Apply Last Planner System. Work with metrics such as PPC and continuous improvement. Communication and Reporting Participate in client meetings. Ensure information traceability. Record project history, scenarios, impacts, and lessons learned. Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning. Technical Skills Knowledge of electrical systems. NR 10 40h certification. Class B driver's license. Proficiency in MS Project and planning tools.
