Full scholarship for English/Spanish language courses We currently have an opening for the position of Relationship Consultant, with on-site work at the CNA Barra de São João unit located at Praça As Primaveras, 272 – Barra de São João. Below are the job responsibilities and minimum requirements for candidates. **Responsibilities:** * Registering daily class records in the management system; * Conducting follow-up calls; * Managing student transfers, enrollment suspensions, and cancellations; * Handling re-enrollment procedures; * Managing overdue payments and collections; * Distributing and tabulating customer satisfaction surveys; * Tracking requests for teaching materials; * Delivering teaching materials and managing inventory; * Receiving installment payments and closing the cash register; * Updating information in the management system; * Issuing payment slips (boletos); * Managing files (contracts, declarations, terms, etc.); * Notifying students about the start of classes; * Scheduling extra-curricular activities; * Relationship-building initiatives (e.g., birthday greetings for monthly celebrants); * Reactivating suspended or canceled students. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet; * Excellent communication skills, expressive ability, adaptability, and outstanding customer orientation; * Attention to detail and concentration; * Planning and organizational skills; * Results-oriented mindset; * Systemic vision and ability to work effectively in a team; * Preferably residing in Barra de São João or surrounding areas; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM **Benefits:** * Salary; * Bonus for achieving performance targets; * Transportation allowance; * Dental insurance; * Full scholarship for English/Spanish language courses (only teaching materials payable by employee, with discount applied); * Continuous professional development and opportunity for career growth within the Viana Group.
