




* Filling out transportation documents (CT-e, manifest, delivery receipts, protocols, etc.); * Updating spreadsheets and internal controls (entries, exits, returns, and deliveries made); * Supporting inventory and stock control; * Entering information into the system (TMS); * Assisting in route and vehicle scheduling; * Contacting drivers — delivering documentation, providing instructions on pickups/deliveries, and receiving proof of delivery. **Requirements:** Required Education: Completed high school. Six months of experience in customer service. **Onboarding Training:** Departments: Human Resources: Reception and cultural integration. Occupational Safety: Health, safety, and environment. Manager: Departmental processes and routines.
