Role Summary: CHC Brazil is seeking a JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST in Cabo Frio. This professional will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are recorded and handled in accordance with contracts. Key Responsibilities: * Process, record, track, and approve Aeronautical Fees via spreadsheets and populate the system with CHC flight schedules as well as DECEA and INFRAERO reports. * Support the periodic preparation and submission of spreadsheets and dashboards regarding flight punctuality, flight hours, availability/unavailability, passengers (PAX), among others. * Receive, organize, and verify all documentation under the department’s responsibility. * Assist in analyzing databases across all systems to identify inconsistencies. * Develop and support Flight Coordination, Customer Service and Ramp, and CCO teams with spreadsheets, reports, and statistics. * Handle customer interruptions and complaints. * Analyze and monitor customer contracts and all related documentation to ensure compliance and report commercial opportunities to the commercial area. * Verify, analyze, and seek approval for service-related invoices and bank slips.
