Job Summary:
Production Assistant I will be responsible for monitoring and receiving deliveries, updating spreadsheets, creating and closing service orders, and assisting in equipment maintenance and preparation.

### **Oil & Gas Industry Hiring: Production Assistant I**
* **Contract Type:** Temporary employment contract
* **Work Model:** On-site
* **Working Hours:** Monday, 08:00–17:00 (with 1-hour lunch break) / Saturday, 08:00–12:00
### **Responsibilities:**
* Know and comply with Superior Energy Services’ standards, policies, and procedures;
* Monitor delivery of consumables and equipment sent for calibration; contact suppliers to update order status.
* Receive consumables and equipment from suppliers and forward invoices to the Accounts Payable department.
* Update the inspection consumables spreadsheet.
* Update the inspection equipment spreadsheet.
* Create inspection service orders, populating corresponding control spreadsheets.
* Close service orders after review by Coordination; update corresponding control spreadsheets.
* Update and send the open service orders spreadsheet; email it to the Operations team at the end of each day.
* Update the Inspection instrument calibration spreadsheet.
* File inspection documents in physical and digital folders.
* Enter Inspection department operational checklists into Datastation.
* Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of inspection line equipment;
* Assist and operate tubular and accessory cleaning units;
* Provide necessary support for conducting non-destructive testing;
* Assist in general cleaning of equipment to be inspected;
* Assist in preparing equipment for visual, dimensional, magnetic particle, electromagnetic, and ultrasonic inspections;
* Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required by the department (specific training required);
* Assist in cargo handling and logistics for tubulars and accessories (specific training required);
* Assist in organizing and cleaning the work area, and maintaining inspection machines and equipment;
* Follow company-established HSEQ policies and procedures;
* Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors.
### **Education:**
* Completed High School;
### **Technical Competencies:**
* Prior experience in this role;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
