Detailed Description * Branch technical responsible; * Assist in administrative processes and matters related to local Sanitary Surveillance; * Responsible for renewing the branch’s sanitary documents; * Conduct self-inspections and follow up on resolution of non-conformities; * Responsible for daily monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity, as well as refrigerator temperature and humidity; * Responsible for screening and maintaining stock volumes of thermolabile products, including ice replacement; * Responsible for stocking freezers for ice maturation; * Evaluate the branch’s physical conditions and technical requirements; * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation (RDC 430/2020). * Responsible for logistics, vehicle release, and creation of shipping manifests.
