Main responsibilities: Monitoring goals and performance indicators, employee scheduling, inventory control, team training, customer service; People management; Recommendation of prescription-free medications; pharmaceutical care; supervision of the counter, pharmacy interns, and the establishment's hygiene and sanitation conditions; medication dispensing; verification and inventory control of medications, including those subject to special control and temperature-sensitive products; Data entry of prescriptions and invoices into computerized systems, receiving medications governed by Ordinance 344/98 and RDC 20/11; Checking invoice items by batch and quantity; providing pharmaceutical services and guidance on medication dispensing to pharmacy patients; checking prescriptions at the time of dispensing; monitoring medication expiration dates; checking ambient humidity and temperature and cold chain conditions; Monitoring the submission of xml files to the Anvisa website, preparing periodic balances, updating documentation, studying marketed products, complying with and interpreting current regulations.
