Develops customer relationships to promote products and services **Job Summary** The Field CPL Engineer is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable operations for customers. The professional identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standardized practices, and manages risks during service execution. **Activities – Responsibilities** * Collect field data * Deliver and archive final job reports * Mobilize and position resources * Evaluate and reconcile resources * Implement risk responses * Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables * Execute the service * Prepare field reports * Prepare final job reports * Prepare supporting documentation for billing * Prepare resources * Remove and ensure resource safety * Verify and prepare resources at the product line base * Verify resources **Additional Responsibilities** * Ensure work deliverables are accurate and delivered on time * Execute service delivery to the customer * Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement programs * Support the Project Engineer/Technician in implementing technical programs and proposals * Develop customer relationships to promote the company’s products and services * Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations by implementing CAT (Contingency Assessment), self-assessments, and field inspections * Conduct Service Quality meetings with customers and improve performance through action plans * Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives * Use PPE and follow HSE policies * Maintain up-to-date safety training * Act as substitute for the Service Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering Active professional registration (CREA) Experience as a Field Completion Engineer, including intelligent completion and casing installation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate English Willingness to travel and work internationally Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
