Job Summary: Responsible for various maintenance tasks, including hydraulic, civil, painting, and general repairs, with emphasis on preventive and corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Hydraulics:** Repair faucets, toilets, traps, water and sewage pipes, as well as perform unclogging operations. * **Civil Works and Painting:** Carry out minor masonry, plaster, flooring, tile repairs, and repainting of interior/exterior surfaces. * **General Maintenance:** Mount pictures and curtains, repair doors, locks, door handles, and furniture. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Periodically inspect installations to identify defects and carry out repairs before failures occur.
