




Responsible for leading receiving operations, managing collection and delivery activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and delivery conditions, with a focus on pickup and delivery, playing a crucial role in carrying out daily activities to guarantee service efficiency and quality. Their responsibilities include both managing transportation operations and leading teams of drivers, loaders, and assistants. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months of experience. Proven experience in the following activities: **Operations Management:** Plan operational activities related to pickups, deliveries, transfers, and warehousing. Ensure compliance with pickup and delivery deadlines, maintaining service quality. Carry out receiving, inspection, dispatch, and load route planning processes. Implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. **Team Management:** Lead drivers, inspectors, assistants, operators, and other team members. Assign tasks, define priorities, and monitor execution. Conduct training, provide guidance, and monitor employee development. Provide feedback and participate in performance evaluation processes. Promote compliance with safety regulations and use of PPEs. **Document and Systems Management:** Monitor and ensure correct issuance of CT-es, MDF-es, AWBs, and other fiscal documents. Ensure proper use of transportation and tracking systems (ESL) - (Deadline analysis). Review and validate customer-signed NF/CT-e delivery receipts. **Fleet Relationship:** Support fleet supervision (preventive/corrective maintenance, refueling, checklists). Monitor tire control, mileage, and fuel consumption (in partnership with the fleet department). Assist in managing owned and third-party vehicles as directed by supervision. **Customer and Internal Departments Relationship:** Act as a liaison between operations and commercial/customer service. Provide operational information and delivery timelines to the sales department. Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Fleet, Quality, and Finance. Handle operational incidents such as damages, losses, and delays. **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with safety standards in transportation and warehousing. Support risk management actions (monitoring, escort, safety checklists). Comply with and enforce internal procedures and legal regulations (ANTT, IBAMA, SEFAZ, etc.). **Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma. **Training:** Integration Training (People Management: Onboarding and cultural integration. Occupational Safety: Health, safety, and environment. Manager (Department processes and routines).
