Currently, we have an open position for **Machine Operator**. We are seeking professionals who are already trained or who are interested in learning how to operate plastic injection machines and other types of machinery. **Responsibilities:** * Based on the Production Order—specifying which products and quantities must be produced each day—organize which machines will be used and the required production time to meet the requested output. * Daily verify the proper functioning of the machine to ensure its preservation and prevent any damage to the equipment. * Transport raw material and cardboard boxes to the machines using a manual pallet jack to initiate the production process. * Perform machine setup to begin production at the correct temperature, monitoring not only the equipment but also compressed air and cooling systems. * Carry out productive maintenance on the injection machine (mold changes, fine adjustments, and temperature settings); when changing molds, input the correct parameters for the product to be manufactured. * Take product samples and inspect them for irregularities, adjusting machine parameters if necessary. * Assist, when needed, in assembling cardboard packaging. * Package products according to type and color, following the quantities specified on packaging labels, packaging according to the type of part produced, inspecting parts produced and segregating defective ones, ensuring product quality. * Package products in plastic bags when they will not be packaged in cardboard boxes on the day of production. * Send defective products and production flashings to be recycled again. * Deliver packaged products to the carton sealing department, and non-packaged products to the finished goods warehouse. * Daily monitor production volume and quality, recording productivity and defective parts per machine individually, using the designated form. * Report daily all irregularities to the Production Manager. * Feed the plastic shredder with defective parts and production flashings to recycle the plastic again. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed; Proven experience as a Machine Operator for at least 1 year; Computer literacy courses and those focused on the field *will be an advantage;* Job type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What courses have you completed? * If you do not reside in São João da Boa Vista – SP, would you be available to relocate?
