




**Work location:** Offshore vessel **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals for the crew according to established menus and nutritional standards. * Ensure food hygiene and safety at all stages of kitchen operations. * Monitor food inventory and request replenishment when necessary. * Maintain organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. * Operate in compliance with company standards and regulations from ANVISA and NR-30. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cook on vessels or offshore environments. * Maritime Cook certification. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Availability for offshore deployment. * Team spirit and responsibility. **Advantageous qualifications:** * Certification in maritime work safety (CBSP, HUET). * Experience with diverse menus and special diets.
