Job Summary: The Diving Representative monitors the performance of diving subcontractors, ensures compliance with procedures and standards, and prepares progress and final reports. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial diving experience and offshore supervisory position. 2. Ensuring compliance with standards such as IMCA and IOGP 431. 3. Active participation in JSAs, MOCs, and daily meetings. Monitor the performance of the Diving Contractor and other subcontractors; Ensure compliance with: Corporate procedures, client procedures, pre-dive checklists, technical specifications; Confirm that special operations (testing, flanged connections, measurements, etc.) are correctly performed and documented; Review CVs, logbooks, and diving team certifications prior to commencement of operations; Conduct diving system audits before and after mobilization; Ensure compliance with applicable standards (NORMAN, IMCA, IOGP 431, industry standards); Actively participate in: JSAs (Job Safety Analysis); MOCs (Management of Change); Daily progress meetings; Report progress and issues to the OCM and onshore technical authority; Prepare: Daily Progress Reports; Final “As-Built” reports, including: photographs, pressure test results, current angles, positions, and relevant data; Ensure clear communication among Contractor, Client, and Project Team.
