Manage the customer portfolio, ensuring retention and prospecting A pharmaceutical products distributor seeks an External Sales Representative in Macaé. **Responsibilities:** Conduct in-person visits to pharmacies in the Duque de Caxias region to present the portfolio of medicines and health products. Carry out commercial negotiations, including payment terms and current commercial policies, aiming to close orders. Provide consultative customer support by identifying needs, advising on appropriate product mix, and highlighting sales growth opportunities. Manage the customer portfolio, ensuring retention, reactivation of inactive accounts, and prospecting of new sales points in the region. Record orders and coordinate with internal departments to monitor inventory, billing, and delivery logistics. Achieve defined sales targets, performance indicators, and assigned sales routes as established by the commercial coordination team. Position based in Macaé / RJ. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Field Consultant, Account Executive, or Commercial Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
