Calculation of performance indicators to achieve objectives Main Responsibilities Plan, organize, and control all store operations, including: * Team leadership; * Shift and schedule control; * Receiving and checking merchandise; * Inventory and purchasing management; * Achievement of goals and objectives; * Execution of marketing campaigns; * Sales and customer service coordination; * Cash reconciliation, billing, and performance indicator analysis to meet organizational objectives.
