The professional will be responsible for painting and ACM panel manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality in accordance with company standards, while adhering to operational procedures and safety regulations. Responsibilities and Duties * Operate rolling, laminating, and cutting machines for ACM panels; * Feed production lines with materials (aluminum, polymers, coils, etc.); * Perform visual and dimensional inspection of panels; * Prepare panel surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, etc.); * Operate painting equipment; * Handle paints, solvents, and finishing materials according to technical instructions; * Monitor and control curing process parameters (ovens, drying); * Conduct visual inspections to ensure finishes meet specifications.
