Solutic is a company specialized in technological solutions for process optimization, offering customized consulting and software development services. **Responsibilities:** Develop dashboards using business intelligence tools. Coordinate technical record processing for offshore process optimization. Analyze, review, and issue operational reports for workover, drilling, and well completion. Monitor operational performance indicators and support preparation of periodic presentations. Assist in completing environmental agency violation reports. Validate and manage technical knowledge via a lessons-learned system. Update data in achievement and lessons-learned tracking spreadsheets. Use planning systems such as Primavera and MS Project when required. Previous experience as a Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
