Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and manage projects through planning, scheduling, analysis, and identification of required resources, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and operational requirements for proper project execution. Support Contract Management in meeting the construction schedule, focusing on cost optimization, quality assurance, service productivity, and appropriate execution sequencing—aiming to achieve contractually defined objectives and targets. * Plan project initiation across all phases, including work authorization issuance, scope definition, project delineation, fabrication detailing, and resource procurement—in alignment with contractual milestones; * Coordinate platform workfront activities, ensuring alignment between planning and execution; * Ensure availability of material and human resources per plan, as well as respond to emergent demands during service execution; * Conduct periodic meetings with leadership and involved departments to meet cost, timeline, and quality targets; * Guarantee implementation and compliance with execution, quality, occupational safety, and environmental procedures as established for each production activity; * Represent the company before the client, serving as the focal point for addressing technical and operational requests; * Negotiate with the client the conditions necessary for proper project execution; * Establish and monitor project measurement and billing targets; * Monitor and report physical and financial project progress, implementing corrective actions whenever deviations are identified—ensuring appropriate handling and resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, with active CREA registration; * Alternatively, a technical-level professional with an active professional council registration; * Solid experience in the oil & gas or naval industry; * Experience in people and process management; * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** You’ll receive the traditional benefits you already know—we go beyond them: * **Unimed Health Plan:** Extended to legal dependents: **the employee** pays no monthly fee, only co-payments; * **Totalpass:** For your quality of life, health, and wellbeing; * **Dental Assistance:** Basic plan at no cost to the employee; * **Pharmacy Discount Program**; * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Flash card, with minimal payroll deduction; * **Life Insurance**; * **Stock Options** – Castor (VINCI Energies) Stock Purchase Program; * **Conexa Saúde Platform:** Provides online consultations with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and nurses—ensuring confidentiality, convenience, and security.
