Challenging and rewarding work environment We are seeking a **Financial Assistant** to join our team at MI ELECTRIC BRASIL. Responsibilities: * Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable postings in the system. * Verify invoices, bank slips, and financial documents. * Assist with bank reconciliations. * Organize and file financial documents. * Support payment due date and deadline tracking. * Verify corporate expenses and corporate credit cards. * Assist in organizing travel expenses. * Update financial control spreadsheets. * Provide support for administrative tasks within the finance department. * Assist in preparing information for monthly closing. REQUIREMENTS * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in finance, especially in accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and closing procedures. * Knowledge of cash flow management, corporate expenses, and corporate cards. * Basic understanding of foreign exchange closing and investments. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, etc.). * Experience with ERP systems. * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Candidates with experience using the Sankhya ERP system. * Experience working in companies with international operations.
