You will be responsible for **in-person public service**, directly handling requests related to **energy services**, always focused on delivering the best customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person public service, supporting: * Registration updates; * Complaints; * Reissuance of documents; * Change of account holder; * Critical and emergency service requests; * Greet customers courteously and triage them for service; * Approach customers and clarify doubts according to established internal procedures; * Consult systems to support guidance and resolution of service requests; * Contact branches or responsible parties to release service tickets or access, when necessary; * Follow up with customers and inform them about the status and conclusion of their service request; * Perform system queries and forward requests to responsible departments; * Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate service channel; * Assist customers with questions regarding service channels and workflows; * Direct emergency service requests to the store manager. **Requirements** * Minimum age of 18 years; * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Strong communication skills, empathy and problem-solving focus; * Availability to work in person; * Availability to work **Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00**. **Job Details** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.859,79 * **Work Mode:** In-person – RIO DAS OSTRAS * **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:00 – Monday through Friday We seek **solution-oriented, agile and empathetic individuals**, capable of handling highly critical demands, diverse customer groups, and skilled at turning complaints into positive customer experiences.
