Scheduling and daily cleaning control across the three kitchen areas (production, cooking, cold rooms). Ensuring equipment preservation and cleanliness. **Preparations and Purchasing** Ensuring production quality and quantities. Planning daily and nightly production schedules. Coordinating the purchasing list. **Quality and Standards** Monitoring dish and production output while maintaining standards.
