Prepare doughs, perform fermentation, shaping, and baking. Control the quality of raw materials and finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and equipment. Follow standard recipes and meet specific offshore menu requirements. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Assistant Baker, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
