Job Summary:
Intern in the Commercial Department, applying data analysis, planning, and sales support skills to develop strategies and achieve targets.

**WORK HOURS**: Monday to Friday \- 6 hours per day. \- **Schedule to be determined**
* Intern in the Commercial Department, applying data analysis, planning, and sales support skills to contribute to strategy development and achievement of company goals.
Responsibilities:
* Support the commercial team in organizing and managing the sales funnel by updating statuses, deadlines, and contacts in internal systems (CRM or structured spreadsheets).
* Analyze commercial performance spreadsheets, consolidate sales data, targets, pricing, and indicators (KPIs), identifying variances, opportunities, and potential risks to achieving results.
* Prepare and review commercial proposals, ensuring clarity, technical accuracy, and alignment with company standards, as well as verifying price calculations, margins, and terms.
* Assist in commercial planning by preparing sales forecasts, scenarios, and supporting reports for management decision-making.
* Support market research by mapping competitors, trends, pricing, and customer demand to inform commercial strategies.
* Organize and structure commercial presentations in PowerPoint or similar tools, incorporating data, charts, and analyses that reinforce sales arguments.
* Monitor performance indicators (e.g., conversion rate, average deal size, number of proposals sent, response time) and generate insights to improve processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes by proposing adjustments to spreadsheets, templates, workflows, and commercial controls.
* Conduct supportive client contact, when necessary, to collect information, align data, or send documents.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure proposals, contracts, and information are complete and consistent.
