Job Summary:
Work in the laboratory to manage, plan, register, schedule, and monitor the sampling process, from planning through to receipt.

3. Operation and updating of control spreadsheets and SAP and LIMS systems.
Description: Work in the laboratory to manage, plan, register, schedule, and monitor the sampling process, from planning for the shipment of supplies to receipt of the sample.

8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
Management, control, planning, and scheduling of sample and material shipment and receipt (sampling kits, cylinders, and materials supporting analytical processes);
Updating, managing, and issuing location and loss reports;
Controlling and monitoring transportation requests (TR) for shipment, collection, and receipt;
Monitoring the transportation of samples/materials among operational units, Petrobras bases, and subcontracted companies;
Preparing reports on demand, scheduling, receipt, and status of samples;
Controlling and analyzing hydrostatic test certificates and deadlines;
Negotiating demands and providing support during meetings with Business Units;
Planning and scheduling environmental sampling and specific monitoring project sampling;
Registering, updating, and managing samples in the LIMS system, including internally performed or subcontracted collections;
Operation and updating of control spreadsheets and SAP and LIMS systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
Technical qualification in Chemistry;
Experience in similar activities;
Knowledge of laboratory safety, SAP, BW, Excel (pivot tables), and Microsoft Office.* Laboratory Assistant Course in Chemistry \- 214-hour duration
