




**Full Job Description** Join our team! We are looking for a Financial Assistant to work proactively, efficiently, and responsibly alongside our team. The role is responsible for the financial routine of the dental clinic. Daily responsibilities include administrative and financial tasks such as: * Executing the clinic’s financial transactions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reconciliations; * Organizing and executing the collection process and implementing payments; * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports—both actual and forecasted for the upcoming period; * Providing daily reports whenever requested; * Keeping the company’s financial dashboards consistently updated with daily cash flow data; * Maintaining up-to-date annual and monthly budgets for monitoring sales targets, revenue, and cash flow by management; * Analyzing financial data and proposing both commercial and financial actions to improve the company’s financial health and cash flow; * Closing commission calculations, making payments according to dates approved by management, and providing commission statements to staff; * Purchasing materials and supplies for the company; * Scheduling or executing payments into bank accounts per management approval; * Verifying, auditing, and presenting a consolidated monthly report of planned versus actual expenses; * Managing inventory control; * Monitoring and controlling overdue accounts; * Managing and authorizing negotiations with suppliers; * Delivering all documentation, terms, contracts, promissory notes, receipts, etc. **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Law) **Work Mode:** On-site **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred; * Prior experience in finance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Highly organized in the workplace; * Must reside nearby. **Personal Skills:** * Communicative and detail-oriented; * Dynamic and agile in handling adverse situations; * Organized and critically minded; * Committed to the role’s challenges and objectives; * Proactive and analytical; * Focused and able to work under pressure; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; **Technical Competencies:** Solid knowledge of: ✅ Word; ✅ Intermediate Excel; ✅ Ability to operate software systems. **Salary:** **R$2,500.00** **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour 30-minute lunch break** **Benefit: Day off** Proven Experience: * Finance Department Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2,500.00 per month Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) * Finance (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
