Monitoring of health procedure authorizations ###### **Macaé, RJ****The company accepts applications from Macaé and nearby cities** ###### **Assistant/** **Operational** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Completed High School * Experience in customer service, systems, control, and customer flow. **Responsibilities:** --------------- * Provide customer service ensuring accurate registration and updating existing information when necessary. * Update the daily incident logbook to provide reliable information and record customer-provided data for transmission to other team members. * Request and monitor authorizations for hospitalizations, examinations, and emergency procedures by contacting Health Insurance Providers, and track pending items to comply with Health Plan regulations. * Stay informed about examination procedures, report the number of daily examinations, and measure waiting times to contribute to efficient departmental service flow. * Manage identification and control access and flow of customers within the institution.
