




The People Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all activities related to the relocation, mobilization, demobilization, transportation, accommodation, certifications, and documentation of personnel assigned to onshore and offshore operations. The role requires proactive planning, documentary accuracy, clear communication, and close coordination with Operations, HR, Procurement, HSE, and clients, ensuring that all professionals are available, qualified, and properly mobilized within required deadlines. Strong organizational skills, offshore logistics experience, and thorough knowledge of legal, regulatory, and operational requirements associated with personnel management in maritime and industrial activities are essential. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics for employee mobilization and demobilization; * Manage air, land, and maritime transportation, ensuring adherence to operational timelines; * Interface with HR, Operations, HSE, and clients to guarantee team availability according to the project schedule; * Ensure employees possess all required certificates, ASOs, mandatory training courses, and up-to-date documentation for embarkation; * Arrange accommodation, transportation, scheduling, and special logistical needs; * Issue, review, and control all mobilization documentation: embarkation lists, manifests, reports, authorizations, and supporting evidence; * Conduct pre-embarkation checklists and ensure compliance with client standards and requirements; * Respond promptly to urgent requests regarding reassignments, absences, replacements, or unforeseen schedule disruptions; * Maintain strict control over rosters, shifts, leave days, and time banks for onshore and offshore teams; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobilization, delays, logistics costs, compliance rates, and operational efficiency; * Lead the administrative team supporting people logistics, promoting process organization and standardization. Education * Degree in Administration, Logistics, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Additional courses in logistics, personnel mobilization, or operational management (preferred).
