**Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and control the slaughterhouse’s production * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to demand, capacity, and raw materials * Monitor production execution and adjust deviations * Control inventories of raw materials, work\-in\-process, and finished goods * Analyze production indicators, yield, losses, and deadlines * Ensure accurate system records and compliance with sanitary regulations **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (preferred) * Intermediate knowledge of Excel * Previous experience in the role **Compensation:** * Base salary negotiable * Cost allowance * Transportation voucher (no employee deduction) * Lunch, breakfast, and afternoon snack provided by the company (no employee deduction) **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$1\.746,12 \- R$4\.689,53 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
