Job Summary: The Offshore Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and safety of materials and equipment through inspections and preparation of technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Offshore inspection of materials and equipment. 2. Conducting visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections. 3. Supporting MWS inspections and managing inspection equipment. **Description** --------------- DOF is seeking an **Offshore Inspector** to work on a **14x14 schedule**, ensuring the integrity, compliance, and safety of materials and equipment in our operations. **Responsibilities:** * Perform visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections (LP, PM, UT) on materials and equipment; * Conduct steel wire rope inspections in accordance with **ABNT NBR ISO 4309** and **IMCA M 194 – Rev.2**; * Prepare and maintain technical reports (RelMat Digital), documenting and tracking the status of all inspected materials; * Support **MWS (Marine Warranty Survey)** inspections for DOF and client projects; * Verify, validate, and monitor material loading/unloading to ensure certifications and compliance; * Manage inspection equipment, tools, and consumables. **Requirements** ---------------- **Mandatory Qualifications** * Completed technical education with an active **CFT**; **SNQC/ABENDI Certification in:** * Liquid Penetrant (LP) – Level 1 * Magnetic Particle (PM) – Level 1 **SNQC/NDT Certification in:** * Visual and Dimensional Inspection – Level 1 * Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – Level 3 **Knowledge and Experience in:** * **ABNT NBR ISO 4309** (steel wire ropes and cargo handling) * **IMCA M 194 – Rev.2** (offshore wire rope integrity) Experience in offshore inspections and materials management. **Additional Certifications:** * **CBSP** – Basic Platform Safety Course * **HUET** – Helicopter Underwater Escape Training * **NR33** – Confined Space * **NR35** – Working at Heights **Benefits** ------------ * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Wellhub * Meal Voucher * Private Pension Plan * Logistics covered by the company; * Access to DOF’s online learning and training platform; Register\-now and join a company that believes in human potential and values continuous professional development!!
