**What will you be doing?**
**Summary**
Responsible for coordinating operational activities of offshore personnel planning, ensuring efficient, safe, and qualified allocation of professionals aboard company vessels and rigs, as well as those of partners and clients, in alignment with strategic guidelines defined by the offshore planning management.
**Key Responsibilities**
Coordinate efficient execution of offshore crew embarkation and disembarkation scheduling, along with related logistical procedures, considering technical, operational, and behavioral competencies, project manpower requirements (POB), and contractual obligations;
Monitor compliance of training, certifications, and mandatory documentation required to enable embarkations, adhering to regulatory requirements;
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Logistics departments to ensure adherence to mobilization schedules;
Monitor organization of all offshore personnel embarkations and disembarkations, coordinating the Offshore Crewing team to arrange transportation and accommodation for employees when necessary;
Interface with clients regarding crew rotation scheduling via Drake System, SISPAT, ad-hoc flights, and/or R7;
Approve all additional embarkation events for offshore personnel payroll processing;
Review entries related to Global IRM Brasil’s offshore population (payroll, logistics costs, hotels, transportation, and training);
Plan vacations for the entire Global IRM Brasil Offshore team**What experience would we like you to have?**
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
**Required Knowledge**
Advanced English;
Experience with planning systems (SAP, Onboard Tracker, Drake, Star, Sênior, Totvs, etc.);
Willingness to undertake occasional offshore assignments;
Experience with offshore service contracts;
Experience managing large-scale mobilizations and demobilizations for short- and long-term projects;
Analytical ability, organizational skills, time management, and strong interpersonal communication.
Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Logistics, or Project Management is desirable;
Basic offshore certifications (CBSP and T\-HUET) are desirable.
