We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, active leadership skills, and a focus on control, KPIs, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **Inventory Management** * Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch activities; * Ensure physical warehouse organization and process standardization; * Monitor inventory levels, turnover, coverage, and replenishment; * Ensure accuracy through periodic and cycle inventories; * Monitor losses, damages, and discrepancies; * Implement and track performance indicators (KPIs). ### **Control and Processes** * Develop and improve internal logistics workflows; * Ensure accurate system-based movements (ERP); * Prepare managerial reports on inventory and performance; * Support internal audits and asset controls; * Propose improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. ### **Team Management** * Supervise warehouse and logistics support staff; * Assign tasks and monitor performance; * Promote organization, operational discipline, and deadline adherence; * Train staff on procedures and best practices. **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience supervising inventory/warehousing; * Knowledge of inventory control and logistics KPIs; * Experience with industry-specific systems; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience leading teams. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in service companies, telecom, construction, or field operations; * Experience implementing warehouse organization processes; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** MEAL ALLOWANCE, FOOD ALLOWANCE, DENTAL PLAN, HEALTH PLAN, GYMPASS ### **Department:** Administrative
