Job Summary: Logistics professional to manage transportation requisitions, administer client logistics systems, and coordinate embarkation/disembarkation operations in O&G. Key Highlights: 1. A dynamic and collaborative culture focused on development and recognition. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and administer RTs (Transportation Requisitions) in the Petrobras system (issue, update, correct, cancel). Enter personnel and material embarkation/disembarkation schedules into the client’s internal systems and distribute them to relevant employees and departments. Use the client’s Logistics System as the primary tool for controlling and administering logistics operations—including embarkation/disembarkation, report generation, and KPI maintenance. Populate and update all modules of the client’s Logistics System used by the logistics team. Schedule port operations. Issue transportation invoices (Microsiga). Issue client system requisitions; issue RTs (Petrobras and IOC’s) in the respective systems; size vehicles (trailers). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical degree in logistics or related field is mandatory—bachelor’s degree is a differentiator. SAP (cargo RTs), basic/intermediate Excel, strong interpersonal skills, process leadership, and proactivity.
