Job Summary: Perform cleaning and hygiene tasks in hospital environments, ensuring contamination prevention and strict compliance with sanitary regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Sanitary safety Carry out cleaning according to sanitary norms and guidelines to avoid the risk of hospital-acquired contamination in hospital environments, structures, and furniture—including industrial kitchens and their associated infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Clean surfaces in accordance with current manuals and legislation * Separate common and infectious waste * Collect and package all hospital waste in appropriate containers and deliver it to the hospital waste storage area * Perform cleaning and hygiene activities following sanitary norms and guidelines to prevent hospital-acquired contamination in various environments, respecting the specific requirements of each department * Restock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap * Receive, inspect, and control supplies (disinfectants) used in the hygiene process * Perform gardening, hygiene, and cleaning of external areas (gardens, sidewalks, gates, glass surfaces, etc.) * Collect linens from patient beds and the surgical center, replace used or unserviceable linens, and transport them to the decontamination area Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Prior experience in the hospital sector is desirable * Availability for daily shift scheduling Opportunities at Unimed Costa do Sol are also extended to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
