We are seeking a **Completion Equipment Operator I** to join our team in **Macaé**. **Summary of Responsibilities**: * Supervise the assembly and installation of equipment and systems for oil and gas well completions—offshore or onshore—for clients. * Supervise the installation of Stand-Alone Completion systems in offshore deepwater and onshore wells. * Supervise the assembly and operation of Abandonment Conditioning and Packer equipment in offshore deepwater and onshore wells. * Supervise the installation of well safety systems and Upper Completion systems in offshore and onshore wells. * Make decisions within the organizational hierarchy and during operations. * Maintain operational invoice records and logistics records. * Complete and maintain required reports/records accurately, promptly, and legibly, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work orders. * Contribute to building a positive team spirit through contributions to teams, working groups, cross-company operational groups, and client collaboration. **Key Qualifications**: * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Oil & Gas, Industrial Technology, or related fields accredited by CFT — Federal Council of Industrial Technicians **Key Requirements**: * Experience in companies within the Oil & Gas segment. * Offshore experience. * Experience with oil and gas well completion equipment and systems—offshore and/or onshore—for clients. * Ability to identify and resolve problems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. * Capable of developing innovative approaches to address challenging opportunities. * Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. * Initiative, adaptability, ethics, interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Must reside in Macaé or nearby areas. **Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with market standards.** **This opportunity is also available to persons with disabilities (PwD).**
