Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate material requisitions; assist in controlling material requisitions recorded in RM; * Monitor material procurement processes; * Record logistics movements in the Fluig system; * Input operational data into the system; * Generate reimbursement requests; * Open non-conformance processes in the system when necessary; * Open SMS processes in the Unisea / Univu system; * Interface with support areas to provide contractual support; * Keep project and contract folders updated and organized; * Monitor personnel allocation across contracts and assist contract managers; * Control and archive incoming and outgoing project correspondence; * Support internal material and equipment movement processes; * Collect, analyze, and report data related to CRD operations; * Assist in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines governing CRD operations; * Comply with the Oceanic Management System Policy, whereby each individual is responsible for quality and safety aspects of their activities, as well as for preserving the environment in which those activities take place. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Completed high school education. **Desirable**: * Technical course certification. **Additional Information** **Work Conditions**: * Work location: Macaé \- RJ; * Employment regime: Onshore; * Work modality: 100% in-person; * Working hours: 44 hours per week \- from 07:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. **Benefits**: * Chartered transportation; * Meal allowance or meal voucher; * Health insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Dental insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * English language course.
